For the first time ever FRCC will be exhibiting outdoor sculptures created by local artist, Pattie Young. You will be able to walk through the Hikaru Mizu, our 1.3-acre landscaped Japanese Garden and enjoy all the beautiful sculptures and other metal artwork Young will have on display. The exhibit will be free to the public
